Die Detektion hatte dann im darunter liegenden Produktionsbereich zu erfolgen.
technische Anforderungen:
- Montage des Rohrsystems mittels Click-Schelle auf dem Fußboden (Metall-Sandwich)
- spanfreiesErstellen von Bohrungen durch die Sandwichplatten (schutz der darunter liegenden Produktionsanlagen)
- Einbringen von sogenannten “Ansaugrüsseln” für die Deckenüberwachung
- Montage von Rosetten an der Unterseite der Deckendurchführung mittels Gelenkarbeitsbühne
Größte Herausforderung bei diesem Projekt war die Situation, dass die gesamte Produktionsanlage bereits in Betrieb war.
Unser Unternehmen musste die Arbeiten so organisieren, dass der Produktionsprozess nicht beeinträchtigt wurde, alle hygienischen Anforderungen Lebensmittelindustrie erfüllt werden und jegliche Verschmutzung durch Bohrarbeiten vermieden wird.
